My mission is to assist businesses in finding and negotiating (or re-negotiating) the best options as office tenants in the Chicago and Chicagoland area.   Utilizing proprietary methods and state-of-the-art data resources, we guide you through the transaction process, step-by-step, helping you to avoid the common pitfalls and creating maximum negotiating leverage for the tenant’s side of the lease transaction.


I provide each of our clients with the highest level of service and support expert negotiating strategies FOR TENANTS ONLY.  Tenants get their own broker agent, at no fee. I represent office tenants and my sole fiduciary is to you.  Don’t just let your landlord pay its own in-house broker a fee to not represent you.


Negotiations often include working with a tenant’s current landlord, and the outside broker’s perspective and expertise brings negotiating expertise and market alternatives together.  Re-negotiations and relocations within a building are often a choice to be considered and, as your tenant rep broker I can insert every advantage in dealing with your landlord.


All these resources and skills are provided to office leasing clients at no cost.  Landlords build broker’s fees into their leasing model, whether paid to your outside broker or not. As an analogy, in some cases, like residential brokers, a listing or landlord’s agent pays your broker his or her part of the fee. As YOUR agent I owe allegiance only to you!


The ability to find the “right-size” office space size is equally as important as the financial terms in a lease.  The design and build out of an office are critical and should include planning for expansion or contraction.  The ability to work with space planners and value engineer tenant improvement funds is a bottom-line factor.
