Jordan has been in commercial real estate for over 30 years. He is an accomplished Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) with extensive experience structuring and negotiating commercial real estate transactions in institutional and entrepreneurial environments. He has expertise in commercial real estate planning and execution, business development, relationship management, cross-functional collaboration, and partnership building. He was previously with Coldwell Banker Commercial where he managed a large commercial brokerage operation with 72 commercial brokers and consistently increased sales and revenue over a 16 year period. He has personally completed more than $1 billion of commercial real estate sales and leases throughout his career in Chicagoland, Southeast Wisconsin and Northwest Indiana.
